  I have gained a lot of knowledge in this quarter, I learned about the history of the internet and the people who contributed to this. I have discovered a lot of things during this quarter and I have learned a lot from the nutrition month also. The challenges that I have faced are that there are a lot of activities and a lot of work to do, so i need to focus more and do them before the deadline. This will give me a lot of lessons and learn from them. Doing activities before the deadline will for sure help me in my studies. By learning from my mistakes and focusing on my studies,   I used them as motivation to do better. I refocused my energy on my studies, developed better habits, and stayed committed to improving myself every day.
